Hey, sorry for the inconvenience. But it seems that after taking a look at this thread I found that my problem is that I forgot the fact that I had ENBSeries installed and now it states 'I'm banned from SWR.net'. Now I was hoping that a simple removal of ENBSeries would work, now it seems I need to wait for someone to unban me for this minor inconvenience.

It seems I was unabanned after uninstalling and reinstalling Generals ZH and ROTR yesterday. I had a great time with my friends, thanks to you guys
 . However, after downloading the SWR.net update, it seems I reverted to me being banned for potential hacks. Also, my multiplayer name keeps turning into "Impostor" (My name is Knghtmre_31 btw).Anyone who can help me (again)?

I also got banned "for using potential hacks" I had gentools version 6.3 installed. Now I know that I should have had a newer version. Would be cool if you could unban me. -------------------- |

I'v cleared out the ban list for now and i'd recommend you should avoid using third party tools like ENB and only the latest version of gentools.
We're doing our best to prevent unnecessary bans but with the Easter weekend coming up it will be at earliest some point next week before we can make some proper tweaks. -------------------- |

This just happened to me, I was playing with my friend, the game can't launch without swr net on, I installed a crack and it broke my game, after a reinstall I launched the game and it told me I was banned for hacking

Good day Hunter! And thanks for your work to make Rise of the Reds the best Generals mod ever!
I have a problem with ROTR 1,85. When i download it, i manage to play normaly with any players on SWR.Net, but after a week, i got banned "for using potential hacks" which i didnt. I even don't know how to hack or cheat. And if you ask about my Gentool version, my Gentool is 7.0 . PLZ Mr. Hunter, unban me. Oh, and i never used any community patches or tools except gentool so please unbann me. -------------------- |

There is only one person banned for using a reserved name right now and that very person was spamming the chat and generally being a huge troll so no good sir.
In a few weeks when the new patch will roll out we will probably reset the ban list so untill then will remain banned -------------------- |

I can not play a game for the last 3 days because I was banned for reserved names.
Please correct the problem with banning for no reason , you lose the active players with these stupid things. Normally I use my name for 15 days and now it's a problem. |

It's an automated program that bans people automatically and also the first draft of this program so there are bound to be a few problems.
Its not like we are doing this on purpose as you are making it out to be. -------------------- |

if you get banned for reserved names it might be because you where either using ai names as your ingame name or you got banned because of singleplayer comp-stomp inside the online lobby

Well. First try today to join SWR.net and I got a message that says I am banned because of potential hacks.
Any solutions? Edit: Everytime I try to use SWR.Net it automatically changes my username to Impostor somehow :/ Edit2: Three days ago I was able to join on the SWR.Net and play in the network mode. I got recently banned as well. Never used an hacks, no gentool, no addons, nothing at all.

Hello to everyone. I'm very like this mod and i want to play it but i have some problem for a 4 maybe 5 days. I think i got a permanently ban for no reason by swr.net. It says that i'm banned for using potential hacks. But i dont have any programms that could be resposible for that. I turned of all what i have on my laptop exept antivirus when i starting the game. Its my second ban. Previously was 2 or 3 days( dont remember exactly) . And its disapeard. But few days ago its happened again:(. I reinstall ZH, ROTR, SWR.NET, clean my reg for a 10 times but i still banned. Then I check my PC which have other Internet connection and IP. And there was same problem. Please help me with that and tell what programms could have problemms with swr.net
Here my laptop configuration Windows 8.1 maximum proc: core i5 2.4GHZ Memory RAM: DdR3 6Gb video: geforce 610m direct X 11.1 Installed soft: Avast antivirus Ms office 2013 Cc cleaner Idm 6.23 Kmp player media hc player total commander 8.21 Finalbig 0.4. I didn't edit the game archives. Just watch unit stats and parameters. Artmoney. I used it for other games. May be i need to uninstall this? But i didnt run this programm when playing ROTR. Once the patch is out we will reset the Ban list and be able to more accurately see why people get banned.
