The traitorous ECA have a large base in Hammerfest, Norway. We believed that this was nothing more than their naval headquarters for northern Europe. However, our intelligence operatives have discovered something else. Reports of weapons testings have been heard from our spies in the area, but they could not locate the source.
We cannot risk detection in ECA territory, our relationship is still strained after the failure of the Eurasian Unity League. However, we must find out what they are doing, and if it has any potential risks for China in the future. This is where you come in. Your experience with our Black Louts agents in Africa has been invaluable, so we are giving you access to a second agent for this mission. We MUST know what the ECA are up to. Objective 1: Capture the ECA Spy-Sat Uplink. Objective 2: Await further orders in the field. Hints: Intel is sketchy at best....but keeping both Black Lotus Agents alive is priority one.
