there isnt one, theres plenty of speculation and i think a very very old pic of the unit list was shown but thats massively outdated the actual list is devs only.

Ho boy, the quadd tank is a must for GLA, another 100 HP for another 100$ will be probably a good idea. BTR and Lunch APCs sounds quite nice, considering how much I love the devs modeler team work and how viable infantry is now in the game.

Stuff has since changed, a lot. And as Mizo mentioned, the only up to date list is accessible only to devs

Well, quad tank is seen on vanilla Generals concept art. And since one of the goals of rotr is to implement generals and unused concepts (that are plausible in sage) from original generals alpha, then it is safe to assume we will get quad tank for one of gla generals. Just hope they will not copy/paste one from shockwave.

No kidding. Ever since 1.85 came out it's sort of just.......sat there. I think I'll get around to updating it tomorrow though. Good god, we still have the Drone Assembly Plant in there. (Fixed that atleast)
