Leningrad [ROTR], 1v1 Map Options

[Marakar]

- Players start with 60k + 30k Docks

- Lots of dead/critical garrisons everywhere.

- Snow theme.

- Left Middle has 15k pile with 2 nearby Critical Garrisons, Right Middle has 15k Pile without critical garrisons.

- Both middles have an observation tower and a tech field hospital (9k supply piles near observation tower).

- Blackbear in direct middle of map (untouchable/unmovable pop through scripts).

Theme is that the Russian city was took over by the GLA and torn apart (small VDV camp on left, Berkut chased by Interceptor occasionally appears).
