While playing a match and building base, no matter how many times or where, rebuilding ect. both the region command and Solar Reactor did not provide the base with power. Odd.

If the previous game ended with your power being Sabotaged by Jaegar, then it causes that glitch. You need to reset your game to fix that, don't think there's a way to fix it afaik.

ive been told this is hardcoded and cannot be fixed.
