ECA General idea: A mobile infantry-based defense doctrine Options

Army: French Foreign Legion

Doctrines: Infantry based mobile defense

Idea: A little more mobile ECA army which still keep their defense style. They got 2 upgrade, 1 support power and 1 new unit. Their main doctrine is to use infantry and Construction Truck to make a slow bunker rush on the enemy or you can deploy it anywhere on the battlefield.

Unit:

-Construction Truck: A Tier 0 weaponless truck carry the construction material to construct a fast basic Fortification in the faster speed than the Excavator and it also run faster. Basically when the truck deploy it will sacrifice itself and 'unpack' slowly into a Fortification (basically building a Fortification).

Support Power:

-Engineering Corp (Rank 3 GP): Paradrop 2 Construction Truck and 2 Engineers anywhere on the battlefield.

Upgrade:

-Military Shovel (Tier 0 Barrack upgrade): Allow Felin and Panzerfaust to dig a hole to increase their own armor to 10% but tank can still crush them and they cannot move while in this mode. Basically this is GI and GGI idea converted into Generals style.

-Marathon Training (Tier 0 Barrack upgrade): Increase Felin and Panzerfaust movement speed.

Lore: Facing the GLA in North Africa is a hard job for Francois as they just keep harassing and trying to destroy the ECA fortification and defense before they can complete the construction. And at sometime the ECA need to go deeper into the GLA territory to defeat them but with the low mobility of the ECA force and sometime artillery support was not enough to kill all of the GLA they need to deploy a faster protection as Excavator sometime won't support them fast enough or the GLA will keep disrupting the construction or hunt down the Excavator before they can get to their position. This is why Francois ordered some of his soldier to field themselves with a military shovel to dig themselves a hole to have some protection for themselves. By gathering all of the basic material into a singular truck he is now able to deploy a temporary fortification within a shorter time than getting the Excavator with a slower speed.

Thanks. I don't know what direction to improve my idea though.

I can only think of three generals because I think their playstyle are not overlapping much with the existing generals (infantry base crawl, stealing, combined arms with multi-role unit). As for the lore should I give more detail about the generals life or ore detailed event of their army or both?
