Scroll options problem, Dont know why |

Hello everyone. Please help me solve this little problem. When I start the game and go to options my scroll options always look like this
 I set it to maximum everytime when I start the game before go to lobby and press apply.  But next time when I start the game scroll bar options revert to previous condition Why my game do not save this options parameter? |

is your options.ini file set to read only?
if it is that would explain why it keeps reverteing -------------------- |

Seems that my game is do not want to save maximum parameter of scroll (which is 145 points) and for some reason reset it to previous value each time I start the game. I checked options.ini and it not readonly
