Buratino incinerates the stinger site crew with a single volley(of 2 missiles) but shmel trooper cannot do it , not even 4 of them together even though both can potentially clear garrison! Am I missing something or it is intended?

Comparing the cost of one unit and another is fair; the same goes for the Dragon Tank and Pyro.

Maybe because crew of that same GLA structure is much more tougher after fortification upgrade.Maybe.

Fortification upgrade for GLA defences is to make them more akin to to ones from other factions,
while they reduce chances of occupants getting killed off easily,they are still not immune to dedicated anti infantry/garrison clearing vehicles,which are logically far superior than their infantry counterparts. |

Advanced Infantry Munitions upgrade should benefit the Shmel Trooper in fixpack that is being prepared, so with this addition it should be corrected.
