I really like those new improvements on the original cameos! but my question stands as how do you guys make or manage to create these nice cameos? (Like which software do you use) . And also from where do i get those ROTR cameos? this is because i want to use a couple of them as my steam picture since generals was my first RTS game that i played on a my dad's laptop back in 2008.
Tanks in Advance. (Ill Supply an example of those cameos that got from a ingame screenshot)

Photoshop and 3ds Max mostly, backgrounds are usually from the internet. The rest is posing, cropping, colouring etc.

Soraz pretty much summed it up.
As for obtaining said files. You can extract them from the mod using final big and then opening the respective TGA files using photoshop. -------------------- |

But those cameos are very small, where can I get the cameos in large size? (Like those which Hector Doomhammer uses in his stream announcements) Example: |

I'm not going to upload the source files.
All of those are way to big and it would take ages to upload them all. -------------------- |

Like the others, I REALLY want those stream background pics. They're epic.

Of course they would take pretty long if uploaded here. Would you please put them on ModDB or mega.nz from time to time?
