How to rebind hotkeys for shockwave? Options

i've been scouring the internet and i couldn't find a single person with the solution or even anyone asking this question, i found a post of a person that already rebound their hotkeys for shockwave but i guess it was an older version because the descriptions for some of the units are messed up, i know how to rebind hotkeys for the main game by editing the EnglishZH.big file but i got no clue how to do it for any mods like shockwave, what file do i edit and with what program?
