There's a bug if you click on a construction unit for any faction in Shockwave.
When you click on a construction unit when it's in progress of being built, the picture of the GLA stealth General's tank the cobra will be displayed instead of the construction unit & you can't cancel that construction unit once the bug appears.

This sounds like a loading-related error. Something like this isn't possible to code.
This is actually an really old bug that happens extremely rarely.
There is nothing we can do about it.
