I love both of the franchises and have been writing fanfiction for the DC universe for awhile....
Not going to get started with the box office or the new stuff after 2000 But generall with the comic book or tv series I'd have to say that Marvel is more "human" Like spideman had a job, you could share his feelings about the situation and such but DC tends to be more to the topic and give thier charecters a more "Hes awsome/rich/strong" so he doesnt have to deal with everyday problems... Not saying one is directly better then the other, no Not at all... I just dont like some stuff about marvel or DC, thier feud with each other and some copyoffs or cashins made me really despise them at times...So many failed points in time where they could have co-owned or cooperated each other or even other franchises such as the predator ones.Think about warhammer or something else...  In short; I love the old comics the golden glory days of both companies but both have been sell out after sell out being boring.Thank god theres fanfiction that can give dept of charecters... --------------------  |
