Can someone link me to where I can get blueprints for 3ds max? I will try to make already existing figures and practice,then I can make my own

Blueprints? What you mean? You can search for ortographic views of models, vehicles, whatever you want, and then apply it as a viewport background.

just type "ortographic views" on google images, threre are some simple images that you can start.. But what you want to practice? Other way is to import a high polygon (close to reality), and then make the same model with low polygons.

You can also just type "[Name of vehicle] blueprint" on google. Also, TimeBurner you shouldn't be asking about every little detail, at the very least, you should be the one deciding if the work is too hard for you or not. You have to do "some" research and experimenting yourself, you can't just let others drag you the whole way.
