Help my Friend Laucnher always give a error, Launcher/Game error |

Yesterday me and my friend installed rise of the reds 1.85 and installed the 1.86patc.For me the game was running without problem but for him everytime he launched the game there was something for the patch that wanted to restart his pc he restarted it 2 times and still was giving the same problem.
