I seriously doubt that is Comrade Crimson's real voice. Either he must have some serious vocal chord issue or he has smoked thousands of cigarettes. Nobody could sound like that in real life, right?
Apperantly he does.
That was my reaction too. I began to doubt if that was actually Comrade Crimson when I first heard him.
To me it honestly doesn't matter how some one's voice is. As long as he can create a nice mix of entertaining commentary, little tibbid facts sich as the voiceovers and knows what to look for on the battlefield and can give good play by play commentary, All which Comrade Crimson can do, I am perfectly happy with him as a co-commentator.
Oh, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, it just... Surprised me. I really do like his commentary for the reasons above, I hope to see him for more streams
I would say its my own voice as its coming out of my mouth. If it came out of my ass, my commentary would be shittier would it not?
Whatever you folks believe, here is the realities of it.
I can talk like such for hours and hours, days and days and so forth; and no I don't smoke. Never have either really.
So that leaves the following options-
1. Its my real voice.
2. I am a really fucking good voice actor.
3. All the above.
Whatever you believe, I'll take it as a compliment ;3
And believe it or not he's done several units that sound pretty different too. Even if he does sound like he eats volcanic ash and sandpaper
That is in fact his real voice. Crazy aint it
But you get used to it
My guess is 3.
comrade crimson whatever is your voice im happy to see you on the stream. and i will happy to see yet in more streams and battle
and i guess 2
Also, a note: Watched stream recently,
and I can say with 100% honesty: Comrade don't and has never smoked once in his life, excluding a single doobie in his ambiguous youth of 17 years of age.
My voice was always grotty; but working industrial don't help much I suppose.
dont misjudge crimsons voice, he is very good
