I think Russia doesn't have enough power output, I put up 8 plants which is enough for me most of the time. 8 plants with 8 power each? seriously? I use 6 tremors vs AIs or 2 if im 1v1ing one. However in a maxed out game I have to build like 20+ plants to power all the tremors and defenses!
USA has the upgrade and I rarely have power problems. ECA, forget it they got uber solar power. China has a breeder reactor pumping out 30 in power. plus the reg reactors with 10. Industrial plant upgrade: 'coal plant extensions' increases each plants output by 50%

Sorry but the fact that I already assume you use Tesla, which is supposed to be absurdly expensive to manage kinda trumps this as balance. Once we throw Tesla tech to Aleksandr only you won't be having these issues if you play as another General..unless you are in fact playing Alekandr  (It's kinda the point)

Comr4de, i'll admit I do use tesla weapons but this one game I didn't. I just had 20 tremors >:D

Buy the upgrade, it costs what? 2000? Russian power is the second-most reliable in the game.

You know, you can win a battle without needing to use a gazillion superweapons. Just plop one down and use it when you need it, your regular forces can constitute for your other superweapons. You can also use units as defenses. I made it through a match by just plopping down three power plants.

But still, if you build that many Tremors, just expand your base and build more power plants. It shouldn't take a genius to know this.
