I think you mean Coolfile's W3D Importer. AFAIK it still works with any 3dsmax version, so you still can import w3d files.
in other hand, the W3D Exporter from BFME SDK wont work outside 3dsmax 7 or 8 (not 2007/2008). -------------------- |

I think you mean Coolfile's W3D Importer.
