for starters stop using a computer, phone screen or anything that has a bright screen before sleep.

The light from even a smart phone screen is enough to trick your brain into thinking its daylight which results in you not being sleepy.

What Hunter suggests as a start.
If that is not enough, I suggest taking some valerian (aka catnip). You can find it in drugstores. It does not make you sleep, it helps you relax. Completely harmless, fully natural.
I took that for several months and it really helped me.

I have tried warm milk and it has worked for me.
I believe that a lot of black tea infusion deactivates my sleep with sucralose.
and also I heard that green tea can work for me, I think, I'll try one day.

Yeah it is this plant. You can ask in drugstore, they are often sold in pills. 2 pills before going to bed wink.gif

If you ever decide to invade Russia, for the love of God, bring some warm clothes. We don't want you to blame the "evil Russian winter" when you get crushed, like everyone else who tried.

Working also helps. I have been so busy with work for the last year and a half, but I have never slept better in my life.
