QUOTE two unidentified targets QUOTE onboard battle computer tells you what mech it is DURR DURR DURR How the hell do you mistake an Atlus anyhow? With it's big ass shiny bald head I was waiting for something like this for awhile, I didn't have much faith in Smith and Tinker judging on it's Site design... and the really long wait time... which I know is rather shallow. Well in MW3 the Madcat runs into an Atlas then goes "WTF who put you here?!?!?" and dies. At least here there was some smoke. |

Onboard computer only say what mecha it is when you have visual contact, and he was centered about the little one, the atlas was "far away" still you and everybody will cream the pants if the find themselves face to "face" with a atlas also~ http://www.smithandtinker.com/news/mechwar...tletech-com.php -------------------- |

It looks and seems better than MW4, which is good since MW4 was basically a downgrade of MW3 in nearly every way (except for its moddibility, which allowed some good things to come out of it). However only time will tell, hopefully this new company knows what it's doing. |

The red mech the player is piloting looks like a Destroid from Macross.

iirc some mech designs were inspired from macross IIRC some of them weren't inspired at all, but completed rip offs than got FASA into some lawsuits, like the old IS marauder, i am sure Overdose will know exactly what is it -------------------- |

Oh yea...Mechwarrior 2 was one of the first PC games I ever really got into. Nice to see the Mechwarrior franchise finally make a comeback.
