Nice work, this is more or less how I imagine the SAP works. I would have preferred that the "capital" was located in a most central place, like Montevideo, Asuncion or even Rio. (BTW, I'm argentinian but I hate Buenos Aires )
Since you did a good job with this fan-fic perhaps you could write something related to the recovery of the Malvinas/Falklands Islands too.
