[Knossos]

An anonymous "freedom-for-information" rights activist hiding in the guise of the username "AngelAngst" had recently presented in the prominent hipster imageboard 4chan several documents that were supposedly top secret and kept by the CIA. Although the post was immediately taken down by (supposedly) FBI authorities, we here the PSA managed to grab these photos and transcribe them in a better fashion. Here are some of the explosive revelations.

Scud missiles were used prominently by the so-called "Global Liberation Army" during the Global War of Terror, but due to the high amount of black-ops dedicated against these specific type of launchers, it is to be presumed that only a few (~100) of these launchers has survived. However, due to suspected infusion of war materiel to GLA via Iran and other suspected sources (North Korea and Pakistan being the most likely sources), we concur that either a specific cell of GLA has full control over these weaponry, or it is being sporadically given to the most trusted members of the said faction.

CONCLUSION:

According to the information gathered during General Thorn's several "special jobs" at the Middle East, plus the little information we get from our private sources at the Mossad, we could reliably conclude that the GLA is still active and at large, and their leader is supposedly Anwar Sulaymaan, who had contacts in the Russian Ministry, a connection exposed during the Sulaymaan-Baluyev Affair. Now that the connection had been exposed, we suspect that the GLA operates on several captured equipment, and all of the internal analysts at the Intentions division say that whatever weapons the Russians gave the GLA, it would be rendered unusable in SEVEN (7) years due to the lack of an active spare parts black market, which is still being controlled tightly by the Russian Federation.

As of now in this writing, the FBI and the USSS (United States Secret Service) are still observing Ib'n Salah. Also, the entire list on contacts known to the man is currently under surveillance by the FBI. We have enough evidence as over the course of FIVE (5) weeks, we managed to find several dubious shortwave radio transmissions coming from and to Ib'n Salah's apartment.

Also, we saw evidence of more advanced Chinese and Russian weapons, such as the expected Twin Fang anti-air vehicles that made air insertion for the mission impossible and Air Raid paraphernalia. Also, we got several dossiers containing information about the Chinese command structure and several codebooks. The dossiers containing information about the Chinese command structure was taken to Fort Belvoir while the codebooks were given to the NSA, specifically to Fort Meade codebreakers who wanted to have a copy to break the Chinese one-time pads.

However, there was a curious observation made by a Lt. col. Name blanked out. While they were rigging explosives to the fort's bases, he noticed a "low but long bump underneath the fort, with a block-like structure with something like wings or flippers sitting on the back part of it". Although he said that it didn't look like any submarine he knew in his life, we are guessing that it is either a copy of the Typhoon-class Submarine or the rumored "Yingji class" (Probable U.S. Foreign Weapon/Weapon System Designation: SSBN-01 "Kulbit Flip") Missile Submarine.

The implications of stationing a Missile submarine so close to the Philippines is many and disturbing and would be discussed after the Intentions division finishes its report on the Chinese government's current political,economical and propaganda stance.

Just because *regular* (Army, Navy, Air Force) units are supposed to be "in isolation", CIA and her affiliates (NSA and several select members of the SEALs, for example) had been rarely bound by such constrictions.

NORAD-CIA INVESTIGATION

At SEPTEMBER 24, 2031, 0436 HOURS UTC, several sea-based radars from NIFTY DOLPHIN participants U.S.S. Gregory Edwards (FF-1039) and U.S.S. Ticoderonga (CVA-36) detected multiple high-altitude boogies approximately at 1,500 meters. 0441 UTC, COBRA DANE radars also saw a "high number of fast-moving, high-altitude objects" making its way towards the American homeland.
