 In today's update, we will be showing you the goodies that you can obtain by capturing ECA Tier 2 tech with the Recycler.  First, the Recycler itself can be outfitted with a crude but nonetheless terrifying microwave projector which can incinerate ground units and structures at long range.  Second, Bomb Tucks can be loaded with shells, mortars and other explosive devices which will scatter and remain in the area as mines upon detonation. Also, like with the napalm payload, this cluster payload does not in any way conflict with existing or future payloads, so you can have it in addition to a regular HE, bio or nuclear payload.  Third, Demo Trucks may also be rigged up with the same explosive devices although they won't carry nearly as much.  Last but not least, both Terrorists and Demotraps can also be equipped with these explosive devices which scatter like mines upon detonation.     --------------------  |

That cluster mine upgrade seems a little crazy, especially in the case of the Bomb Truck ... eh, maybe I'm just worrying too much. Idk. I mean, there is the Mole Minelayer to clear those out I guess ...

The final solution to the Wotan anti-ground attack question, it took GLA's "give me anything that works" attitude and ingenuity to try and see what it does to ground units. ^^
