Nuclear From the forum was accused as being the same IP as Generalh when hes clearly not.

It might be but the situation is to convient where both post with only 4 minutes time difference and after banning both a member with the same IP attempted to create a new account named "General-H" using an email that contained "nuclear" in it.

They are indeed brothers, they both tend to use the same computer and email. Admittedly, retarded may be a tad on the strong side, but they are not the brightest bulbs in the box. However, I can verify Zhao's point, having played with them both independently, and together, and having seen them communicate on a level that is possible only in real time. I think that you've been overtly forceful here, and have tried, found guilty, and executed two members who are in fact innocent....

These were the facts:

The members had the same writing and paragraphing style. There was the close proximity of posts and the fact that they had the same internet protocol address. Then Generalh created an account with "nuclear" in the email address. In the presence of these facts, the ban was imposed on Nuclear's account. Given all of that, it was hard not to believe they were the same person.

I don't disagree with the fact that the members in question looked like they may have been the one and the same person, BUT, I do disagree with the manner in which action was taken, which I still feel was heavy-handed without much proof to the contrary. Oh, and I have plenty of experience, ta.

So to address something you said earlier, which was completely false and misleading.



Generalh was being aggressive from the onset.

We do not tolerate this kind of behaviour here. Maybe you do where you come from, but we don't, and that is the difference.

You're trying to make an issue out of the banning when there was sufficient evidence in the first place to administer the ban.

There is a parallel to be drawn here, and that is if someone came into your home and started to shit talk you to your face, then you would remove/have that person removed from your dwelling, with no possible return. I see no reason why we should put up with people who make demands and are aggressive towards us on our forums.

There is another issue at hand, and that is that you have broken a four month long posting hiatus to come back for this. You wouldn't be trying to stir up trouble between Fallout Studios and SWR Productions, would you? You're obviously not here for the mods as you show no history of activity in those areas. In fact, what your history does reveal is that you are only here to argue with the SWR Leadership about how we run our forums. You thrive of conflict.

So here's my advice to you: stop trolling our forums and go back to Fallout Studios as it caters to your taste. Second of all, get a life.

And yes I'd consider that a personal attack. You know very little about me or anything that I do/do not do in my life. Sorry, but some of us have the real world to attend to, and perhaps don't have time enough to spread across multiple forums. Your board software may tell you where I've posted and when I've logged in, but tbqh, most of the time I haven't bothered to log in as there has been nothing in particular to log in for. I can just as easily view the forums as a guest, and just because I have not logged in, does not mean that I am not viewing.

Sixth. 'Shit in my house'. I'd kick them out, but I'd let them back in again given a couple of weeks to cool off. If they continued to be idiots, then I'd get them out for good.

So, in summary, here's my advice to you. Don't be condescending towards other members; it makes you look bad. Don't abuse your position, especially with your emotions; it also makes you look bad. And don't assume that because I don't post much here that I'll roll over and play dead like a good little dog.
