Okay.
For starters: You granted the permission to some of your personal data when you registered, all forum software's default Terms and Conditions certainly list that. If you get banned because of reasons, then retracting that permission is nonsense and that's not how stuff works.
For your FUD: data mining through forums are relatively uncommon. And it's really unlikely to end up having an issue from that. I actually speak this from experience - one would really need to hammer a toe to get into such issues you fear there from. And even if you do, the data you share on forum profiles will be irrelevant compared to the data you share on Facebook and co. and this latter will be utilized.
That and you picked quite a generic username which is also a good protection. Different avatars/usernames/whatnot increases the defense.
TBH with a generic email address only used for forum registering, a generic username which you don't list on Facebook and co. and a generic avatar not picked from your FB pics, you'll be fine.
thanks buddy for the whole idea and clarification of stuff related to user information falling into wrong hands due to the board's faults either ways.
However,

If I get banned for reasons where I'm at fault then I'm fine with it and I stand in no position to demand or request any changes to the information I shared with everyone on the board! I accept that promptly. BUT, if I get banned (without any notice or a warning AND/OR for the reason which is not listed in the FORUM RULES) for something which I did not commit, and without giving me a second chance if the moderators bans me, as it happened in my case with the facebook group, then my information and my settings (or whatever it may be like my signatures or avatars or photos or posts) are being shared on the board without my permission (Don't know how to put it in different or more precise words). Hence my above statement because I do not want to take any risks.
Albeit, initially, it was and is just a simple question. Is there an option or what is the process to delete or deactivate a user account for this forum? why get into all the other things and cast aside the main question/concern?
