List your Computer's config. Also, does this error come up while you launch the game or does it popup in between the game play? Have you tried Custom settings in your game? Also, do you have any other programs running in the background and/or loaded into the memory while playing the game? Moreover, just to add - those high resolution wallpapers on your PC also adds up to hogging of the memory on your computer.

Have you patched to 1.4 before installing?
