Well, it's a designation. Not really a name, tbh. The closest it has is "Prospective Airborne Complex of Frontline Aviation".

Actually, "Prospective Airborne Complex of Frontline Aviation" is not the name of the aircraft itself, but the name of the program. Prototype was designated T-50, but Su 57 is the official name of the production model. This is a small step, from a purely bureaucratic point of view, but a big one in the sense that this aircraft has officially become part of the RuAF.
