Same thougts than War Propaganda.
It would probably be a great asset for campaign, same as its equivalent in C&C3.

There would be a few things to make it better:
- Units inside said transports repair: probably hard to balance, since if repair rate is too low, it is useless, anf it is too high, it becomes OP
- Make it unlock a special unit: Quite similar to the Skycrane from ShockWave, a flying builder, which would be way more mobile, but could only build a few structures (power plant, barracks, war factory, maybe airport)
- Support aura: the transports can buff units below them in a moderate radius.

This GP has high potential, but in its current form, it is very underwhelming.

There're other ways to make it quite useful, but it's only suitable for 2.0 version of that GP.
