As of today (21st December 2018), SWR.net will be going down. A new server will be operational soon with performance improvements and other changes, but unfortunately this will only be applicable to newer versions of Rise of the Reds and Shockwave. The current releases will no longer have multiplayer through SWR.net. New versions of Rise of the Reds and Shockwave are currently in the works that will work with SWR.net, but there is nothing that can be done for the current released versions.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you play multiplayer through other platforms such as C&C Online, Hamachi, and Radmin until the newer versions are released.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and updates on both of these mods will be coming at a future date.
