I've been playing around with the game files but the game doesn't seem to be "loading" any add-ons or any edits to the INI files. it just boots the default game without any add-ons at all.

i use final big and save the edits/addons before exiting the program.

this happens with ROTR 1.86, and PB 1.87.

What's going on???

figured it out guys, apparently it was final big. for some reason, the changes made weren't exactly "saved" to the files because it was not running as administrator. i use windows 10, and it seems win 10 and these old tools and games have compatibility issues especially whenever they are not run as admin.
