Here's the thing...I love Shockwave. Play it most days. However, since the 1.0 update there is NO AI at all in Skirmish mode. All the AI's come up as neutral(Grey) and I can't attack them. This has the added affect of me getting max honors for quitting... Has anyone else had this problem?

This happened to me several time.What you need is a COMPLETELY CLEAN reinstall.
I haven't had the max honors for quitting though...

He guys my problem is that i dont see my courser on the screem when i play the game i reinstall it but it dosent show up please help

I've had that problem before on other games. Do a quick alt-tab out and back in and it should be fine. You may have to redo this every time you hit a new menu screen or enter the game though. If this doesn't work idk what to tell you.
