SWR never give release dates, but ROTR 1.5 BETA is said to be here *very soon*
In the mean time you can always try the 1.2 version

And you can use the launchers for both mods to run them both at the same time. Just launch ROTR from the start up menu and Shockwave through the launcher. Be sure you press 'quit' on the launcher when you quit playing and everything should go just fine.
