I probably sound like a whiny five year old but I finally beat the generals challenge mode on hard with Leang (special weapons china general) and I went to skirmish mode to check what the honor/award looked like and it didn't even register, i.e. it was still faded like I never played generals challenge mode. If you guys can help in any way I would greatly appreciate it lol, I spent like 20+ hours trying different generals to beat the challenge mode so any help is appreciated. If it helps, I beat the Air Force General for my final match...

Did you also beat Laser? Cus that is by far the hardest one

Maybe it doesnt register until you defeat all generals, at which point you have to do the challenge with at least 2 different factions.

yeah, actually i thought thrax was the hardest one for a long time until i used leang then I just put neutron mines (general power) on the bridges and his whole army got stuck lol.

yeah, i beat every general as far as i know. I used leang (1 general) and beat 8 generals (so 9 total) and the only ones I didn't face were the infantry chinese general (forget his name), ironside, and deathstrike (salvage general). and from what i have heard there aren't missions for them, but if I'm wrong let me know.

actually you know what. I haven't beaten leang yet with any general..... cus i used her....

do you think I just have to beat her or beat her and finish the entire generals campaign with another faction?

also do you know any general where leang is the first mission?

Laser is definitely not the hardest one, he doesn't rebuild his Particle cannons or base defenses. Thrax is the hardest one by far, albeit only because of AI problems with the others sadly - with many of them not using specific units in their arsenal at all, or having bugs which harm the difficulty. Here's how I'd rank them from hardest to easiest:

1. Toxin (relentless and no real AI flaws)

2. Laser (smart AI, but does not rebuild super weapon or base defenses)

3. Demo (would be much harder, but AI does not build any AA vehicles, so using helicopters renders him powerless)

4. Special Weapon (buggy AI, only fires super weapon once, never attacks players' starting location except with helis - also uses no taunts)

5. Stealth (never uses tanks, assassins, etc - super weapon is bugged and doesn't fire at the player's base)

6. Super Weapon (never attacks with ground units at all)

7. Air Force (has no war factories - though ground forces occasionally spawn on the map during scripted events - starts match with power out and therefore cannot fire super weapon)

8. Nuke (mediocre AI, does not use any MIGs, does not rebuild war factories, stops attacking altogether later in the match, etc)

9. Tank (broken AI which runs out of money and stops building any units after about 5 minutes of battle).

The general what begining first mission vs. Leang is Deathstrike. i Think taht you win honor in the challenges where you win all generals, yes win to Leang too.
Thrax too have a bug, if you can destroy the Palace sometimes the IA build only a defense but not rebuild the palace. Too whit China and GLA, you can use neutron mines/Jarmen Jell for create a block in the bridges.
