Nothing special. You all probably know for this but since is only one topic in USA strats.....
This strat is about dual chinook drop. In first chinook you will put rangers/MD and in second one dozer.
So, first train one dozer from CC. With starting dozer build reactor and upgrade it. When second dozer come out build baracks and train rangers and MDs.
When reactor is finished build supply and one chinook. Now when you completed your infantry - rangers and MDs put them in chinook and dozer in second and send them and unload units near enemy supply. With infantry your goal is enemy trucks/chinooks/workers. With unloaded dozer build laser turret.
When area is cleared you build another turret close to enemy buildings and sell previous one....
You need to protect dozer with your infantry from attackers. Also when your units are unloaded you need to send chinooks back to supply.
Pretty nice if you want to win(or loose ) fast.

And heres the counter to it:
As USA simply drop 3-4 Mds and kill the reactor if he builds a turret in your base. if he tries to defend it go for his nooks.

If a suuply is occupied by an emp, give it up and make vees. if the turret isnt in range of your supply centre you may also gather from a distant supply.

You can also build forti fire base(if you are Alex) since you have MDs and rangers in his base. Its long range + bunker + no power required.
You can also try to build baracks in his base.
