Occasionally, when I try to launch ShockWave, especially after I'm through with WorldBuilder, I encounter this error message:

I have that problem very often as well, it is because something in the launcher is screwed up.

Does a manual start work? To find out, change the following files from .gib to big and execute generals.exe:
-00095nostart.gib -00swpatch.gib -0SW95.gib -------------------- TN

Or Just double click on the window mod & then lunch the world builder
