Enhanced OST sounds amazing for the vanilla factions (I have it downloaded so I can select a playlist for a specific faction quickly during countdown). Really keeps you in the intense mood for focusing on fast-paced games (regarding one of the GLA soundtracks, specifically GLA Combat 2, its somewhat offensive but I use an alternate one simply from downloading the CnC Enhanced OST on ModDB which is seperate from the Mod itself).

COH2 Soundtrack has a mix of both casual and intense tracks, usually favorite time to play it is when i'm playing as Russia or just let it play for any faction really.

Zallbard Mod also has a great selection of tracks for ECA, most of which are from Alchemist.

For warming up, haven't explored much of this but Cliff Lin has some pretty sick beats from what I can tell (a lot of his stuff is in Zallbard OST as well) like Everyday Superstar and Pioneers of the Apocalypse

I like music generally, don't really have a hard-favourite genre but have a couple favourites.
