Rebuilt my comp, reinstalled Windows to get Win11 on new rig. Probably my mistake. LOL
All my old games are one a separate SSD. Got EA Play to get Generals back online. Forgot I had the game already, so fresh install, plus GenTool and Shockwave. So... two copies of Zero Hour and Shockwave. Neither is launching properly... neither the one that did work before or the fresh one. Each time, the Shockwave launcher works. Hitting play brings up EA Play... then states it needs permissions. Hitting okay on that just brings up the original Generals launcher that allows you to play Vanilla or Zero Hour. Tried moving the install folders, no luck... EA Play still finds it. Debating on loading Origin back on the new rig, but... ugh, 2 EA apps again. Anyone had luck with a similar issue?
