Aside from its looks, I really like the new ability that was added to the Tomahawk. Players will be able to use those long range missiles to probe for weaknesses so you had better not be caught napping when the United States comes knocking on your door.

Yeah, Tomahawks were never used in my USA strategy, I found raptors to be more effective artillery

No the longer range fire mode does not have seeking otherwise there would be little reason to use the faster seeking fire mode. Hmm, I would have thought the other way around. I guess you can "imagine" that the tomahawk has a predetermined flight route that cannot be changed in cruise mode. I assumed that both modes would still have guidance, but when a missile is fired in high-speed mode, it has a slower turning speed and cannot turn fast enough in-scale of it's velocity to hit fast, moving targets. Your idea sounds much more balanced. As fore the tomahawk missile itself, I'm hoping for an explosion 10x more awesome that the default, crappy, orange/red flareup, that made it appear so weak in vanilla ZH.
