Finally - after 15 years of neglect - the FX-2 project came to an end with the victory of the Swedish SAAB/Gripen NG. The Brazil must acquire 36 fighter, total technological transfer of aircrafts and incorporate of national systems on the platform, as new digital systems and the powerful A-Darter missiles.
Brazil made a good purchase? -------------------- You already imagined how would be SAP in the ROTR's universe? Check out this fan-fiction: South American Pact Introduction |

QUOTE Really the MiG-29 is a proven exceptional machine, considered superior to the F-15 in maneuverability and performance It's also unable to be refueled midair, runs into bingo faster, and manuveurbility isn't exactly the "One stat to rule them all" it used to be with missiles. So yeah, you can pull a cobra. The other guy can pull a few more missiles at you, from longer range, and it's all up to the pilot to see if he can survive a missile on him. The Mig is a fine plane, but like all russian designs it was designed by someone drunk on vodka, and we all know vodka is no match for good ol fashioned beer, someone drunk on beer will always design a better plane than someone drunk on vodka. Ok, how much of the last bit made sense? This post has been edited by Serialkillerwhale: 11 Jan 2014, 7:24 -------------------- |

Ok, how much of the last bit made sense? It made nothing. You're trolling, as always. -------------------- |
