Yea he catches u off guard and then doesn't re.. i feel ur pain Dell
but hes one of those players who actually exploits eca's early game, because promotion/wf start is almost unbeatable as usa/gla, all eca testers, don't know how to play eca agressive |

That's because we don't have the luxury to play one game then "no rematch", so the "catching you offguard with offensive ECA against top players like Marakar" will probably only get you so far before failing. If you see it coming, it's easy to stop it.

If you see it coming, it's easy to stop it. um no.. that deathball that xyz creates with his pandurs and Jepards/fieldpromo, thats a legit strat that wins almost every gla/usa game.. and china once eca its rank 3. actually xyz is not even that good, I used to bring my doser and pop turrets everywhere while my deathball keeps going once eca units are vet 3, they are unstoppable, and that's a fact, and the only reason no ones complaining.. is cuz not alot of eca players do that, and I gave up complaining. lol test it yourself, you keep defensing eca like it can't do anything, well maybe u should change your strat |

I want to see this guy try to pull off this strat on people like Aziz, Marakar, Knjaz's Russia, Rikerz , or Bruce's USA and see how effective this deathball strat is.
When I say Offensive ECA is not viable, I don't mean that it can't go offensive at all, but it can probably work on people that are semi-pro level, or mid-level. In high level though, those kind of strats fall flat. Am not the only one who tried, we all did. Marakar, Rik, Skit, Bruce, they all tried going aggressive ECA on that high level skill bracket but it simply doesn't work. The only aggressive play that sort of worked on that level is the digouts strat that I pioneered with Knjaz and perfected it ( unfortunately getting nerfed ) and you can check them out in the games I played vs Bruce. Correction : This is not discrediting XYZ's playstyle. The strats he is pulling are viable, but are very risky in terms of overall match dynamics ECA is at the moment. It's an "Off-guard" tactic, that can be stopped by players if they adapt their playstyle accordingly ( assuming skill gap is on similar level ) . This is why am saying that if these strats were tried on people who have experienced this before ( yes I go offensive ECA in the test builds ) it's simply not gonna be as efficent as playing it safe and defensive ( that's the faction's strongest point). Testing and AI coding just does that to you I guess. You eventually start to get riled up when someone aludes to you that you're not doing your job right.
