AOD The Beach [ROTR][C]


Difficulty Rating:

10/10

You Will NOT be able to solo this.
Supports up to 4 players

The AI must be set to USA and must be in the north west position.
The difficulty does not matter.

There is only one objective. Survive till the time runs out.

Description and hints:

Players start with 120,000 (you will need it)
There are 4 Neutral scud storms for you to capture and use with double the hp of normal Scuds (8000)
Each player Gets 12 Unmanned Russian Arms Dealers at there start positions so you can get immediate t2 eco, they have double hp (u need it)

The AI attacks from 2 directions at the same time and its constant waves From the north and on the beach.
The north attacks are not as strong as the beach attacks but do not underestimate them.
The first few waves are all Infantry, then the armor and aircraft start.
Ideally the top 2 players need to support the beach players whilst defending the north pass.
The beach does not get hit by gp's and sw's but the north 2 players will.

Known issues:
Its dam hard...
The AI is a bit script confused on the sw's for eg: it fires the particle cannon and the solar burst at he same time on the same spot (there is no Solar firing script that's the weird bit)
Some reason it loves to pick on ECA players with the gp's
Some of the rapters spawn on the beach so you units in garrisons can kill them, tried moving the rapt's spawn positions it didn't go well.
Like all aod's it can get laggy if you let too many enemy units Congregate on the map at once so kill them as fast as you can.

AOD 33 v3 [ROTR][C]



Difficulty Rating.

8/10

Ok there is two objectives on this one.
1. Survive for 10 minutes
2. Protect the Aircraft Hanger
Max of 6 players

The difficulty you select for the AI determines how hard the waves are.
The AI Must be USA and it must go in the North starting position.

Recommended Settings:

Medium 1-2 players
Hard 3-4 players
Brutal 4 players

Quick description and hints:

The AI is quite smart on this one, It will actively hunt your aircraft so don't rely on them too much.
Majority of the AI's attacks will come from the middle top in a constant stream.
There are a lot of Stealth units in the waves so detection is a must, especially for the Jarmans
You WILL get Nuked.
AA is a must the AI will try to take out the hanger with aircraft as well as try to Take you out with aircraft spam towards the end.
Be wary for flank attacks including Nuke Trucks.

AOD HeavyStrike V4


This is an Art of Defence map for Rise of the reds modification, it will not work with any other mod.
Your objective is to survive for 20 minutes.

In order for the Ai to work on this map, You must set the Top right corner Start Position to USA AI.

Recommended:
for 1 player set the ai to medium difficulty
for 2 players set the ai to medium or hard difficulty
for 3 players set the ai to Hard difficulty
for 4 players set the ai to Brutal difficulty

of course the difficulty level you can chose depends on your skill level as well.
But be warned Each difficulty level adds more attack spawns and units to the waves.

On Medium you will not need much Stealth detection
however on hard and brutal, Stealth detection is a must for detecting the nighthawks, seals and hero waves.

Hints:
Save SW's for the Manticore Blob spawns (medium and hard)
Hard can get very sw and R5 gp heavy be prepared.

Bugs:
Sometimes instead of droping the 4 firestorm strikes (china R5 gp) on the 4 separate waypoints it will drop all 4 on 1 waypoint.
Sometimes The Air attack waves will only spawn on the left hand side of the base instead of on both sides (waves only spawn on hard dif)
