Try this link But to answer the question in a more serious manner (to a meme thread): Meme strategies are usually just oddball strategies that involve very gimmicky units used in specific situations such as Guardian Drones, Heavy Manspam Only, and such. Usually these strategies require certain conditions in order to work but they may very well work well but just appear as funny (such as heavy infantry spam as GLA with camouflage). No, meme tactics are defined as tactics that are unorthodox, not standard meta tactics. Quad spam is standard meta currently as it is very powerful in its current stage with little loses vs most factions.
